Hiblow XP-40 Septic Air Pump
Hiblow XP-40 is Hiblows rare earth magnet pump. This pump is used for aerobic septic system units that require the introduction of oxygen. The oxygen
XP Series are rare earth magnet pumps. These run cooler than the HP series, and with less heat being created, the unit will be able to work for a longer period. A unit that runs with a high temperature will more quickly degrade the diaphragm material.
The Hiblow XP Series of aerators are the new 40,60, and 80 liter per minute (LPM) pumps that are ran by a rare earth magnet. They were created due to increase in demand from Europe and Asian customers needing more energy efficient units. The magnet is made from neodymium which allows the electrical coil size to be reduced due to the power of the magnet. The reduced size of the coil allows the XP series to run cooler with more efficiency than the iron ferrite magnet. Great care was taken when developing the XP series to match the output pressure and air flow that the previous line of Hiblows used. This allows a seamless transition from one line to the next and new testing does not have to be done. The increased efficiency produces less stress on components and longer operating time before needing to be rebuilt. Operating temperatures are 113 on the 80 model; a 35-degree temperature decrease from iron ferrite diaphragm aerators. The XP series is also smaller, allowing the doubling of size of pallet shipping and reducing weight per unit by 8 pounds. The XP, like all Hiblow products went through years of research and development and was tested extensively before being put on the market. It is backed by 2-year warranty like any other Hiblow product for aeration.
